1.New Image 550 X 550-fill with white.
2.Open PAPERS.  Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer.  Layer/Load/Save Mask/Load mask from disk, looking for WSL_Mask84. Click load. Convert to Raster and Layer/Merge/Merge Group. Click Ok.  Rename mask. Effect/Edge Effect/Enchane
3.Open Pearly Frame Element #2 by WitchysHeart. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize 55%-once and 75%, once. Rename frame Magic Wand, click inside frame. Open Paper #5 by WitchysHeart. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer.  Selection/invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Select none.  Drag it under frame.
4.Activity frame. Magic Wand inside frame. Copy your favorite tube and on your canvas, paste as new layer.  Resize if necessary. Selections/invert.  Eraser/eraser and erase on bottom and a little bit on left (see my tag).  Select none.


5.Open Sun Element #1 by WitchysHeart. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize 35%, once and 75%, once.  Move it a little bit right upper (see my tag).
6.Open Lighthouse #1 by WitchysHeart.  Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize 35.  
7. Open Sea Shells Element #1 by WitchysHeart. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize 35%, twice.  Move it near lighthouse. Drop Shadow of your choose.
8.Open Wires Mesh Element #1 by WitchysHeart.  Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer.  Resize 55%, once.  Drag under frame (you just rename).
9. Activity top.  Open Flower Element #5 by WitchysHeart.  Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer.  Resize 35%, twice.  Move it on frame. Duplicate once. You should have 2 duplicated.  Move the flower a little upper right (see my tag).  Layer/Merge/Merged.
10. Add copyright information and URL as well as license numbers on your tag (if your tube is PTU). Eye Candy 4000/Gradient Glow/3.00/0/100-Fat-White. 
11.To add your name for your tag. I use Elfair Normal G98 and I use #000000 or your choose. Size is 72. 
Save as JPG or PNG.
Make sure you add copyright/URL as well as watermark on your tag.
