1.New Layer-550 x 550. Fill with white. Selection/All Selection. Layer/New Layer.

2. Open PAPER9. Copy and on your canvas, paste into selection. Selection/Select None. You can colorized. Adjust/Hue and Saturation-colorize-the settings are 40 (Hue) and 128 (saturation). Or your choose to match with your favorite tube.

3. Layer/Mask/WSL_MASK84. Layer/Merge/Merge Group. Effect/Weave-the settings are 3/13/3-WHITE (both). Rename mask.

4.Open frame. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize 75%-once. You can colorize to match with your tube of choose. Adjust/Hue and Saturation-colorize. The settings are 144 (Hue) and 166 (Saturation). Rename frame.

5.On same layer. Magic Wand and click inside of the frame. Selection/Modifty/Expand-5. Open PAPER4. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Adjust/Colorize of your choose color. I use 19 (Hue) and 159 (Saturation). Selections/Invert. Move under frame. Select None. Drop Shadow of your choose. Rename paper.

6. Activity frame. Open W3. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Move it up a little bit (see my tag).

7. Font of your choose. I use Amerika Sans, 72 and I use #aa7d47. Or your choose that match from the tube of your favorite. Just type April (see my tag). Layer/Merge/Merge Group. Eye Candy 4000/Gradient Glow. The settings are 3.00/0/100-Fat-#71aed2. Or your choose color.

8. Open FLOWER1. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize 75%-6 times. Move it on left upper corner. (see my tag). Duplicated. Image/Mirror/Flip (it should be on right upper corner).

9.Open BUTT2. Copy and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize 75%-4 times. Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize-6(Hue) and 116 (Saturation). Image/Rotate/Free Rotate/Free-right-15. Move it to left upper corner (see my tag).

10. Copy tube and on your canvas, paste as new layer. Resize if necessary. Image/Mirror, if necessary.

11.Layer/Merge/Merged Visible. Add copyright information and URL as well as license numbers on your tag. Include watermark. Eye Candy 4000/Gradient Glow-the settings are 3.00/0/100-Fat-white.

12.To add font for your tag. I use Stop-48 and I use #72b0d4. To add gradient glow. Repeat setting in Step 11. Save as JPG or PNG.

Make sure you add copyright/URL as well as watermark on your tag.
